FREQUENT QUESTIONS

How do I set an appointment?
To ensure that you have an adequate amount of time with a Bloom Medical Group team member, we ask that you please contact us in advanced to schedule an appointment. Our office appointments are easily requested through our Contact page, by email, or scheduled through our personable receptionists. To make an appointment by phone, please call 561-496-5677.

What are the office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Fridays 8:00AM to 1:00PM.

In the case of a life-threatening emergency, we ask you to dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room and have your physician contacted.

After office hours?
We are always available. Just call 561-496-5677 and we will get back to you immediately day or night.

Fees and Payments
Bloom Medical Group participates with several insurance plans for patient convenience. The list of accepted plans can be found on the Insurance section of our website. Co-payments, annual deductibles, and coinsurance amounts are due at the time of service. We expect each patient to be responsible for their own insurance information, and to provide us with any changes to their plan. We accept cash and checks only.

Are my medical records safe?
We feel strongly about the physician-patient relationship. All records are extremely confidential and are held on a secure medical records portal. Records will only be released with the consent and authorization of the patient.

What can I expect?
Bloom Medical Group staff firmly believe in treating every patient like family. Our goal is to provide the highest quality medical services available, while maintaining a personal relationship with every single patient. You can expect to be greeted as you come to our practice, to be seen as soon as possible, and to be treated with the utmost respect. We do not accept anything less.

What do I do if I need a prescription refill?
In the event that you do not have refills remaining on you prescription before your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please contact us for authorization.

For your safety we can only prescribe a refill on medication that was prescribed by our doctors.
